My heritage is a strong background working with the intelligence agencies and police, in physical and personnel security. Demonstrated at Parliament where I was involved in the change of employment of some 200 security officers transferring from the police to House staff under Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) (TUPE) rules.My specialist area of security expertise is counter terrorism and counter crime in high footfall and crowded entertainment / tourism venues. My style is consultative and inclusive, and I ensure that key stakeholders have appropriate input into security activity. I have combined the very best of what I learned in the military with my commercial and customer service experience to deliver an effective and enthusiastic output orientated style. I have long standing, strong relationships with the Metropolitan Police Service, the professional security community, and the intelligence agencies.
